At the Fukuoka Coffee Suntour, many of Fukuoka’s most well-respected coffee establishments will be showcasing their brews and roasts at the main shopping district in the area. 

Best of all, these coffee mavens will be preparing a cup of coffee using an event-exclusive roast! That’s right, this original blend is event-exclusive. With each cup revealing unique aspects of the beans used, this is an event for the true coffee lovers among you.

Without a doubt, the most eye-catching part of this event is the event-exclusive coffee blend. 

The blend features a dark and sweet roast featuring Costa Rica・Legados (natural) beans. To this are added Rwanda・Nova (washed) beans, which are then prepared in a middle roast for a slightly bitter finish. 

Now you know the beans, but here’s where the magic happens. 

In the hands of different coffee pros, each with their own roasting practices, brewing temperatures, equipment, and pouring styles, differing aspects of the original roast come to the fore. Each shop comes with its own answer for you to sample and compare with the others. A truly exquisite experience awaits you!
