Fukuoka’s Finest Sake and Cuisine Come Together at “&SAKE FUKUOKA 2026”

One of Kyushu’s largest food and sake festivals, &SAKE FUKUOKA 2026, returns this year, transforming the entire Fukuoka Kokusai Center into a massive sake bar.

The popular event has welcomed a total of more than 66,000 visitors over the past five editions and brings together breweries from across Fukuoka Prefecture alongside some of the region’s most celebrated restaurants.
 
Visitors can enjoy premium Japanese sake and shochu paired with local cuisine in an extraordinary setting, where immersive music and venue design create a unique atmosphere.　Saturday’s extended hours until 8:00 pm make it an ideal evening destination after a day of sightseeing in Fukuoka. 

With an early-bird ticket that includes a special glass and tokens for food and drinks, guests can sample a wide variety of beverages from local breweries while mingling with locals. 
As well as enjoying sake and shochu (a Japanese distilled spirit ), visitors can also savor them paired with local cuisine. This event is perfect for international travelers who want to experience sake culture through all five senses.
