This is a "BOAT RACE FUKUOKA" for motorboat racing run by Fukuoka City and the Fukuoka City Metropolitan Wide Area Enterprise Association. Conveniently located within 15 minutes on foot from Tenjin, "BOAT RACE FUKUOKA" has been popular as a casual leisure spot since 1953.

From the audience stands, you can enjoy the scenic view of the Fukuoka Port Tower, urban expressway, and boats docking and leaving Hakata Bay. This is a perfect place to take a break from your busy lifestyle.

"BOAT RACE FUKUOKA" also holds many enjoyable events on weekends and features a green field with a special "Ladies and Kids Room." Many families or couples visit here and have fun in a picnic mood.

The outdoor ticket office Pera-Boat Fukuoka opened outside "BOAT RACE FUKUOKA" in April, 2012. Here you can purchase the tickets for all major SG and GI races and night races all through the year.
