A massive park four times the size of the Yafuoku! Dome, the "Gurin-Gurin" hands on learning facility, Shukei Lake, two multi-purpose playgrounds to go wild at, the massive playground equipment Big Tree for kids, four different roller slides, suspension bridge, and the winding stairs are just the beginning of an amazing experience.
The shock absorbing rubber around the playground equipment adds extra safety.
On the southern side of the park, an international cultural garden is made of Fukuoka City's six sister cities' representative flowers.

- By Train: Get off at JR Hakata Station and transfer to the Nishitetsu bus that stops at the Island City Chuo Koen-Mae bus stop.
By bus: Get on the Nishitetsu bus in front of the Tenjin Post Office, ride on the urban expressway, and get off at Island City Chuo Koen-Mae bus stop.
By Car: Get off at the Kashii-hama Urban Expressway Exit, take a left at the Kataosa Bridge intersection and drive for 5 minutes.
